This is the Richmond Texas Railroad Bridge. Just like the one in Brookshire and Sealy it to crosses the Brazos River. This is a very rare shot due to the river is 98% never this high. This was taken after the flooding of the Houston area in April 2016. The river you would not normally be able to see in this line of shot. I took this image in the middle of the bridge facing Houston Texas.
